If you don’t have enough space, we will store your fuel for an additional fee. Whether you need delivery or want to pick up your fuel, rest easy knowing your fuel is secure and that you don’t need to worry about another pellet shortage.

HOW STORAGE WORKS

• Place an order.
• Choose ‘storage’ as your delivery method during checkout.
• Complete your heating fuel purchase by choosing your method of payment.
• All Spring Buy Orders receive Free Storage.

Pay for delivery when you’re ready to have your fuel delivered or tell us when you’d like to pick up your order and we’ll be ready to load your vehicle when you arrive. All orders must be delivered by February 2025 or picked up by March 8th, 2025.  All orders not picked up in full by March 8, 2025 will be forfeited.

Note: Our delivery trucks stop running around the middle of February.

STORAGE FOR DELIVERY

Depending on your storage space, either have your fuel delivered all at once or at different times throughout the heating season. Delivery fees apply each time a delivery is made to your home/business.

When placing an order, please note the month you prefer your 1st delivery and if subsequent deliveries are needed throughout the season. The more specific information you can give us, the more efficient we can be in serving your needs.

For subsequent deliveries, please give us 3 weeks notice so we can schedule accordingly. Our trucks fill up fast, especially in September, October and November, so notice is required. When you’re ready for delivery, simply call or email us.

STORAGE FOR PICK UP

Pick up your order all at once or spread it out by the bag throughout the heating season depending on your storage space. Once your order is placed and you’ve received an email confirmation, your fuel is secure and ready to be picked up anytime during our open hours. Choose ‘storage’ during your online checkout process.  A storage fee will be applied to any orders that we hold for more than two weeks.  The storage fee is waived during our Spring Sale.
