PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER

● Our Spring Sale is an Online Sale. Place your order through our online store or contact us.

● Payment is due up front for all Spring Sale orders. All major credit cards and personal checks are accepted.

● All orders placed during our Spring Sale receive Free Storage all season.

● Delivery Season begins in July 2018 and ends in February 2019.

 

● If you require one delivery for the season, pay your delivery fee while placing your Spring Sale order. You will receive Free Storage.

● If you require multiple deliveries, choose Free Storage as your shipping option. We will bill you later for each delivery.

● April – July  Please contact us to schedule a time to pick up your order.  We do not have regular open shop hours during this time.

● For our scheduling purposes, please indicate pick up or delivery and your preferred month in the Comment Box at checkout.

 

● Our online store has a new look.  For fast checkout and access to your order history moving forward, please create a new account by clicking ‘Register‘ during the checkout process.

● Unfortunately, previous customer accounts / logons were not transferred to our new store.

● Our August delivery trucks are limited.  If you would prefer a summer delivery, we have more trucks available in July.

● All products are on hand and available for pickup with the exception of our Barefoot products (wood pellets & Envi Blocks).  We have plenty of product on order, and it is scheduled to arrive at the end of the month.

 

Our phone hours during our Spring Sale are Mon – Sat, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.

CHOOSE YOUR MONTH

● Please indicate your preferred month of pick up or delivery in the Comment Box upon checkout. This information is extremely important for our scheduling.

● April – July  Please contact us to schedule a time to pick up your order.

● Our September & October delivery trucks fill up very fast, and consist mostly of customers who ordered during our Spring Sale. If you wait until September / October to order your fuel, please expect a slight delay.  We are not Amazon Prime. Please do not ask us to deliver your fuel the next day.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

● Payment is due up front for all Spring Sale orders.

● All major credit cards are accepted online during your checkout process.

● Personal checks are accepted. However, there will not be a personal check payment option for you to choose during your checkout process. You must select Invoice as your payment option.  Checks must be mailed within 7 days to Bucks Pellets PO Box 384 Silverdale PA 18962. No exceptions.

FAQ’s

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon placing an order. Be sure to enter a correct email address you check often as this will be our primary line of communication. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
Do you still offer a cash discount?
No. We’ve adjusted all of our prices to the cash discount price.
How do I pay for my order with cash or a check?
Cash and personal checks are accepted. However, this option will not be available for you to choose online during your checkout process. You must call or email us to place your order. Checks must be mailed within 7 days to Bucks Pellets PO Box 384 Silverdale PA 18962. No exceptions.
What if I make a mistake on my order?
No worries.  We’ve been known to make mistakes ourselves.  If you realize that you’ve made a mistake on your order, simply contact us and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.
I've called your main number multiple times, but no one answered. What do I do?
Leave a message.  We can’t call you back if we don’t know who called.  It’s not uncommon for us to answer 50 – 70 calls per day during our spring sale.  There’s only a few of us answering phones, and we do miss a few calls on occasion.  We always return phone calls in the order that customers leave us a voicemail.  Calling us repeatedly over and over only ties up our phone lines even more.  Simply leave a message or email us and we will get back to you.  Thank you.

 

What is your mailing address?

Can I stop into your office to place an order?
We have limited on site hours in April, May, June & July. Please call us to place an order or visit our online store.  Our Spring Sale is an online sale.
I can't log in to my customer account.
Since we have a new online store, all customers will need to create a new account with us or check out as a guest.
If I win the free wood pellet giveaway, can you deliver the bags with my order?
No, the free bags are for pick up only.

 

How do I schedule delivery?
Delivery Season begins in July 2018 and ends in February 2019. Please indicate your preferred month of delivery on your order in the Comment Box. This information is extremely important for our scheduling. We will contact you 1 week prior to your delivery in your preferred delivery month.
I will need multiple deliveries, how do I order?
Choose Free Storage as your shipping option during checkout. Indicate your preferred months of delivery in the Comment Box. You will be billed separately for each delivery.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Unfortunately, no. We deliver on the days that our delivery partners are available. In most cases, you will be notified one week in advance in your preferred month of delivery. If you are not available on the date we scheduled you on, your delivery will have to wait until the next truck is scheduled to your specific area. We are not Amazon Prime. Please do not ask us to deliver your fuel the next day.
Where do I pick up my pellets?
Our physical location is at Bromm’s Lullaby Garden Center – 5125 Swamp Rd Fountainville, PA 18923. Please contact us to schedule a pick up time during the months of April through July. Please print your receipt and bring it with you.
May I pick up my order in multiple trips?
Yes, you may. Please call or email us to schedule a pick up time during the months of April through July.

● Make check payments payable to Bucks Pellets ; Mail within 7 days to PO Box 384 Silverdale, PA 18962. No exceptions.

● For 8 or more tons, contact us for bulk pricing.

● Due to high call volume, please leave a voicemail when you call. Do not call over and over and over without leaving a message.

● Please email us with any questions you have, we are happy to answer them.

● For our extended delivery customers:  We’ll try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery month, but times may vary depending on the season, weather and the amount of orders we’ve received in your area. We can only guarantee delivery when we have enough orders to fill a truck to your area.

● To our NEW JERSEY delivery customers: Unfortunately, we are unable to make deliveries North of Rt. 78 in Hunterdon County moving forward. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

● We have launched our new and improved online store here on our site, just in time for our spring sale.  As with anything new, there’s bound to be a few kinks that will need to be ironed out.  If you experience any functionality issues while shopping on our site, please let us know so we can quickly remedy the issue and take care of you, our customer.  Thank you.
