● Our Spring Sale is an Online Sale. Place your order through our secure online store or contact us.
- Payment is due up front. All major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted. However, there will not be a personal check payment option for you to choose during your online checkout process. You must contact us to place an order.
- All orders placed during our Spring Sale receive Free Storage until March 13, 2027.
● Delivery Season begins in August 2026 and ends in February 2027.
- Delivery areas are listed below in the General Information section.
- Driveway Delivery- Placement on your driveway only.
- Garage Delivery- If you have to open your garage door for us, it is considered a garage delivery. If we need to use our pallet jack for any reason, it is considered a garage delivery.
- If you need one delivery throughout the season, choose Driveway or Garage Delivery as your shipping option and pay the delivery fee while placing your Spring Sale order. You will receive Free Storage.
- If you need multiple deliveries throughout the season, choose Multiple Deliveries as your shipping option. We will bill you later prior to each delivery.
- For our scheduling purposes, indicate your preferred month(s) of delivery and any blackout dates in the Order Note box in your shopping cart.
- We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery month. If we cannot fill a truck to your area in your preferred month, we will contact you.

Please contact us to schedule a time to pick up your order. We do not have regular open shop hours during this time.
General Information
● Make check payments payable to Bucks Pellets and mail to PO Box 101 Fountainville PA 18923; Checks must be received within 7 business days of your order date or your order will be cancelled. No exceptions.
● For 10 or more tons, contact us for Bulk Pricing.
● Due to high call volume, please leave a voicemail when you call. Do not call over and over without leaving a message.
● Please contact us with any questions you have, we are happy to answer them.
● Delivery is available August through February to Bucks County, Montgomery County, Lehigh County and Northampton County Pennsylvania. We also deliver to homes located South of Rt. 78 in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. We will try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery month, but times may vary depending on the season, weather and the amount of orders we’ve received in your area. We can only guarantee delivery when we have enough orders to fill a truck to your area.
● Delivery is available August through February to the following areas in Chester and Delaware County. Berwyn, Downingtown, Exton, Malvern, Newtown Square, Wayne and West Chester. We may only send one delivery truck per month to these areas. We can only guarantee delivery when we have enough orders to fill a truck to your area.
