Payment is due up front. All major credit cards are accepted. Personal checks are accepted. However, there will not be a personal check payment option for you to choose during your online checkout process. You must contact us to place an order.
All orders placed during our Spring Sale receive Free Storage until March 12, 2022.
● Delivery Season begins in Summer 2021 and ends in February 2022.
If you need one delivery throughout the season, choose Driveway or Garage Delivery as your shipping option and pay the delivery fee while placing your Spring Sale order. You will receive Free Storage.
If you need multiple deliveries throughout the season, choose Multiple Delivery as your shipping option. We will bill you later prior to each delivery.
For our scheduling purposes, indicate your preferred month(s) of delivery in the Comment Box during checkout.
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred delivery month. If we cannot fill a truck to your area in your preferred month, we will contact you.

● To our Extended Delivery Customers: Extended delivery areas are areas that we charge a delivery fee of $45+ for the 1st ton. We’ll try our best to accommodate your preferred delivery month, but times may vary depending on the season, weather and the amount of orders we’ve received in your area. We can only guarantee delivery when we have enough orders to fill a truck to your area.
● To our New Jersey Delivery Customers: We will continue to make deliveries to homes in Hunterdon County located South of Rt. 78. Enter your zip code above to see if delivery is available in your area.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon placing an order. If you do not receive a confirmation email of your order, please contact us because it is likely your order did not go through for some reason. Be sure to enter a correct email address you check often as this will be our primary line of communication.
Do you still offer a cash discount?
No. We’ve adjusted all of our prices to the cash discount price.
How do I pay for my order with cash or personal check?
Cash and personal checks are accepted. However, this option will not be available for you to choose online during your checkout process. You must call us to place your order. Checks must be received within 7 business days of your order date or your order will be cancelled. No exceptions. Remit payment to Bucks Pellets PO Box 101 Fountainville PA 18923.
What if I make a mistake on my order?
No worries. We’ve been known to make mistakes ourselves. If you realize that you’ve made a mistake on your order, simply contact us and we’ll make the necessary adjustments.
I've called your main number multiple times, but no one answered. What do I do?
Leave a message. We can’t call you back if we don’t know who called. It’s not uncommon for us to answer 50 – 70 calls per day during our spring sale. There’s only a few of us answering phones, and we do miss a few calls on occasion. We always return phone calls in the order that customers leave us a voicemail. Calling us repeatedly over and over only ties up our phone lines even more. Simply leave a message or email us and we will get back to you.

Can I stop into your office to place an order?
We have limited office hours from April through July. Please call us to place an order or visit our online store. Our Spring Sale is an online sale.
If I win the free wood pellet giveaway, can you deliver the bags with my order?
No, the free bags are for pick up only.
How do I schedule delivery?
Delivery Season begins in Summer 2021 and ends in February 2022. Please indicate your preferred month of delivery on your order in the Comment Box. Also include any vacation dates that you are unavailable for delivery. This information is extremely important for our scheduling. We will contact you at least 1 week prior to your delivery in your preferred delivery month.
I will need multiple deliveries, how do I order?
Choose Multiple Deliveries as your shipping option during checkout. Indicate your preferred months of delivery in the Comment Box. You will be billed separately prior to each delivery.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Unfortunately, no. We deliver on the days that our delivery partners are available. In most cases, you will be notified one week in advance in your preferred month of delivery. If you are not available on the date we scheduled you on, your delivery will have to wait until the next truck is scheduled to your specific area. We are not Amazon Prime. Please do not ask us to deliver your fuel the next day.
Where do I pick up my pellets?
Our physical location is at Bromm’s Lullaby Garden Center – 5125 Swamp Rd Fountainville, PA 18923. Please contact us to schedule a pick up time during the months of April through August. We are not in the office or on site everyday.
May I pick up my order in multiple trips?
Yes, you may. Please call or email us to schedule a pick up time during the months of April through July. We are not in the office or on site everyday.
