● Our Summer Sale is an Online Sale. Place your order through our online store or call us. Please do not stop into the Sales Office at Bromm’s Lullaby Garden Center. There won’t be anyone there to place an order for you.

● Payment is due up front for all Summer Sale orders. All major credit cards and personal checks are accepted.

● All orders placed during our Summer Sale receive Free Storage all season.

● Delivery Season begins in mid July 2017 and ends in February 2018

● If you need one delivery of your entire Summer Sale order, pay your delivery now. You will still receive Free Storage.

● If you need multiple deliveries throughout the season, choose Free Storage as your shipping option. We will bill you later for each delivery.

● Please contact us to schedule a pick up during July and August – You must make an appointment with us.

● For our scheduling purposes, please indicate pick up or delivery and your preferred month in the Order Notes box at checkout.

● Please contact us to schedule a pick up during July and August. You must make an appointment with us. No walk ins please.

● Our September & October delivery trucks fill up very fast, and mostly consist of customers who ordered during our Spring and Summer Sales. If you wait until September / October to order your fuel, please expect a slight delay.


SUMMER SALE FAQ’s

How do I schedule delivery?
Delivery Season begins in mid July 2017 and ends in February 2018. Please indicate your preferred month of delivery on your order in the Order Notes box. This information is extremely important for our scheduling. We will contact you 1 week prior to your delivery in your preferred delivery month.
Where do I pick up my pellets?
Our physical location is at Bromm’s Lullaby Garden Center – 5125 Swamp Rd Fountainville, PA 18923. You must call or email us to make an appointment to pick up your pellets during the months of July and August. Please print your receipt and bring it with you.
Do you still offer a cash discount?
No. Not anymore. We’ve adjusted all of our prices to the cash discount price.

 

What is your mailing address?
PO Box 384 Silverdale, PA 18962 ; Please mail your payments to this address.
Can I stop into your office to place an order?
We are not on site in July. Please call us to place an order or visit our online store. Our Summer Sale is an online sale.
I used to check out with my PayPal account, what happened to PayPal?
We are no longer using PayPal as our payment portal. We are using a more convenient secure payment portal that allows our customers to complete their checkout right on our website.
If I win the free wood pellet giveaway, can you deliver the bags with my order?
No, the free bags are for pick up only.

 

I will need multiple deliveries, how do I order?
Choose Free Storage as your shipping option during checkout. Indicate your preferred months of delivery in the Order Notes box. You will be billed separately for each delivery.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, a receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon placing an order. Be sure to enter a correct email address you check often as this will be our primary line of communication. If you do not receive an email, please contact us.
How do I schedule my delivery?
Please indicate your preferred month of delivery in the Order Notes box during checkout. We will notify you to confirm your delivery one week prior to the scheduled date.
Can I choose my delivery date?
Unfortunately, no. We deliver on the days that our delivery partner, Bromm’s Lullaby is available. In most cases, you will be notified one week in advance in your preferred month of delivery. If you are unavailable on the date we schedule you on, you will have to wait until the next truck is scheduled to your specific area.
May I pick up my order in multiple trips?
Yes, you may. Please call or email us to schedule an appointment during the months of July and August.

General Information

● Check Payments : Made out to BUCKS PELLETS ; Mail within 7 days to PO Box 384 Silverdale, PA 18962. No exceptions.

● We are no longer using PayPal as our payment portal. We are using a more convenient secure payment portal that allows our customers to complete their checkout right on our website.

● All pellets are currently available for pick up except EasyBlaze, which are stored off site and will be available in June.

● Due to high call volume, please leave a voicemail when you call. Do not call over and over without leaving a message.

● Please email us with any questions you have, we are happy to answer them.

● To our NEW JERSEY delivery customers: Unfortunately, we are unable to make deliveries North of Rt. 78 in Hunterdon County moving forward. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
